Rules for each play area
Policies
For outdoor events we do require the play area to be in a shaded area. We can provide a canopy to cover the play area if needed for an additional $40. If you plan on setting up on grass, please make sure the grass is dry. We will not set up on wet grass.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event.
If it rains for your event, we unfortunately do not set up outdoors. If an indoor location cannot be used, we will reschedule the date of event and credit the non-refundable deposit for the rescheduled date. If the weather is too hot, (Above 80 degrees) we do require our play area to be in a shaded location or have a tent covering the play area, to prevent any sun damage.
