Deposits and Reservations
Once you have reached out to us we will respond to you shortly with availability. Once your date is confirmed available, a $100 deposit is required when booking to secure your date. Any cancellations within 10 days of the scheduled event will result in the loss of deposit. The final amount owed is due no later than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled event. Payments are accepted via Venmo and Zelle. Cash is preferred when paying the remaining amount.
Age
Our play equipment is suited for children under 5 years old.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within the city of Napa, CA. Please inquire about the delivery fee if your event is outside of our delivery area.
Add On
We do not rent out our additional add ons separately. You must rent a package in order to rent one of our add ons as well. Responsable for power if renting a bounce house. We do not provide a generator.
Set up and Breakdown
Our team will set up and break down before and after your event. We only set up and breakdown between 10am- 7pm. If you need something earlier or later than the times lists let us know we might be able to accommodate. We will not accommodate areas with sand, gravel, extremely dirty or uneven surface. Clean, flat, dry grass is ok. We also require our play equipment to be in a shaded area. (We can provide a canopy for an additional $40 if you do not have one)
Weather
If it rains for your outdoor event we will have to discuss other options for the play area. If an indoor location cannot be used we will reschedule the date of event or will gladly refund 50% of the payments made, if client cancels the event.
Play Area Rules
Any damage or extreme cleaning due to misuse of the equipment will be subject to additional fees.
